Strategic Plan Measure: % of students feel safe, welcome, and accepted at school
School “SMART” Goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timely): SMART – By the end of the 2023-2024 school year, 95% of students in grades 4 & 5 will report they feel safe, welcome, and accepted at school.

Available Leading Indicators for this Measure:

Percent of regular attenders at each marking period.

Strategic Plan Strategy: Teams in each building meet regularly to examine social-emotional, academic, attendance and discipline data for students. Create school-wide structures that intentionally build safe and inclusive learning environments.

Strategic Plan Outcome:  All students demonstrate progress towards, and achievement, of the standards.
Strategic Plan Measure: % of students in grades 3-5 reporting proficiency on the state Math test.
School “SMART” Goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timely):  By the end of the 2023-2024 school year, 72% percent of students in grades 3-5 will demonstrate proficiency in Math.
Strategic Plan Strategy: Consistent, systematic teacher collaboration time.
